The National Muslim Women’s Advisory Group

The National Muslim Women’s Advisory Group (NMWAG) is a group of 26 Muslim women from different communities across the UK, appointed by the Department of Communities and Local Government to provide advice and support on empowering Muslim women.

One of our priorities is to promote positive role models of Muslim women in Britain today. A steering group of NMWAG members has developed the "Our Choices" role models project. Read more about them here.
